Coffee is one product doing one job. WorkMode is three, built around a working day. WorkMode ON pairs 90 mg of caffeine with 250 mg of L-theanine, plus lion's mane and bacopa, for the morning. Power Hour is a sugar-free fizz tab for the afternoon. WorkMode OFF has no caffeine at all and is made for the end of the day.

WorkMode ON and WorkMode OFF each give you about 30 servings per tub: a month of mornings, or a month of evenings. Power Hour comes in tubes of 10 tablets, and Triple Surge is three tubes, so 30 tablets.

We don't recommend WorkMode during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless your doctor or midwife has approved it. WorkMode ON and Power Hour contain caffeine, and all three products contain plant extracts. Every pregnancy is different, so check with your healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

Choose by the parts of the day you want covered. Rise & Reset: morning and evening (WorkMode ON and WorkMode OFF). Lock In: morning and afternoon (WorkMode ON and three tubes of Power Hour). All Day Stack: morning, afternoon and evening (all three). Triple Surge: afternoons only (three tubes of Power Hour).

WorkMode ON: in the morning, 2 level scoops (7g) in 250ml of cold water. Power Hour: when the afternoon needs it, 1 tablet in 250ml of cold water, kept away from bedtime because it contains caffeine. WorkMode OFF: 30 minutes before bed, 1 heaped scoop (5g) in 250ml of hot or cold water. Those are the directions on the labels.

WorkMode OFF has no caffeine, so it's an easy place to start the routine.

WorkMode ON has 90 mg of caffeine per serving, about the same as a 200ml cup of filter coffee by EFSA's figures, and Power Hour has 130 mg per tablet. If you're not used to caffeine or are sensitive to it, check with a healthcare professional before you start.

Yes. That's exactly what Lock In is for. ON in the morning (90 mg) plus one Power Hour later (130 mg) comes to 220 mg of caffeine. Count your coffee on top of that, and keep Power Hour away from bedtime.
