Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Couriers. Deliveries are made to both residential and business addresses. We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Timeframes
Main Centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Regional Areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Remote Areas: 5–7 business days depending on courier schedules
Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods (such as Black Friday, public holidays, or festive seasons).
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will typically be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Flat Rate: R99 for all standard deliveries across South Africa.
Free Shipping: On all orders over R350.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking link via email. You can also track your parcel at www.aramex.co.za using your tracking number.
Delays and Exceptions
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, strikes, or road closures may cause delays. WorkMode Supplements and Aramex cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wmsupps.com with your order number and photos of the parcel. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We currently do not accept any returns.
