1. General
By accessing wmsupps.com ('Website') you enter into a legally binding contract with WorkMode Supplements (Pty) Ltd ('[●]', 'we', 'us', or 'our') subject to these Terms of Service ('Terms').
The Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website, including those submitting content, search‑engine crawlers, and data aggregators ('users', 'you', 'your').
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us and replace any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
South African law governs the Terms. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Acceptance & Updates
By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, cease using the Website and contact us (see clause 18).
We may update the Terms at any time. A change‑notice will appear on the Website. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
3. Products & Services for Personal Use
You may use the products, services, and any samples obtained through the Website solely for personal use and may not sell or resell them. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to violate this clause.
4. Delivery
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within five (5) business days and dispatched for delivery. We will notify you of any delay.
Products are dispatched in good condition, and we use reasonable efforts to ensure they arrive at your delivery address in the same condition.
5. Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing personal information you consent to its processing as described therein.
6. Accessing Our Website
The Website may contain links to third‑party websites ('Third‑Party Websites') unrelated to us. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk and will be subject to the terms of those Third‑Party Websites.
We do not tolerate infringement of intellectual‑property rights and may remove infringing content if properly notified.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the Website available at all times but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to force majeure. Where practicable we will give advance notice.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
Defective or damaged products: Contact us within five (5) business days of receipt. We will arrange free collection and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Change of mind: Return unopened products in original packaging within thirty (30) days at your own shipping cost for store credit (no cash refunds).
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Website, including text, software, graphics, images, audio, video, and trademarks ('Materials'), are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use or reproduce Materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (and our officers, affiliates, and employees) harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party right.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and fully able to comply with these Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms bind and benefit each party's successors and assigns.
